James T. Rollins is a partner at The Malpractice Group and runs the Chicago office.

Jim has the unique honor of having been named a “Super Lawyers Rising Star” for his work as a defense attorney and has transitioned his work to advocating on behalf of injured patients. Jim uses the inside knowledge he gained as a defense attorney in his unrelenting effort to get the most for the injured patients that he now represents. Jim also works on a probono basis with the Chicago Volunteer Legal Society.

Jim is a graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law where he served as the President of the Phi Alpha Delta legal service fraternity. Jim also has a B.A. degree in Political Science DePaul University, where he was a member of the Phi Sigma Alpha Honors Society.
